1. The service
FocusDocs is a web application that embeds YouTube videos inside a documentation-style interface. By using FocusDocs you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
2. Your account
You need an email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your magic links private.
3. Payment
Access is granted after a one-time payment of $6.99. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
4. Acceptable use
FocusDocs may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use it to circumvent YouTube's Terms of Service in a way that causes harm, to stream copyrighted content you don't have rights to, or to harass or deceive others. Personal use for watching content in a less distracting interface is fine.
5. YouTube content
FocusDocs uses YouTube's embed API. All video content is subject to YouTube's own terms and policies. We do not host, transcode, or redistribute video content.
6. Disclaimer
FocusDocs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the service, including actions taken by your employer based on your use of this product.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
